一 起不動或起動轉(zhuǎn)速不夠（要求起動轉(zhuǎn)速150—190分）

a) 蓄電瓶電力不足，反映電瓶比重不合乎要求，有電壓無電力，電壓降太大。

f) 油壓或水溫報警線脫落而造成誤報警停車、或起不動車，但手動頂開電磁閥能起動車又停不了車。

g) 電磁閥本身壞，打不開油路，但可臨時用手動頂開電磁閥暫用。

h) 液壓鎖緊{柴油或水進入汽缸}起不動車。
